I started Groh Advisory because the most valuable thing I could offer growing businesses wasn't a methodology or a framework, it was judgment. The kind that only comes from years of making real decisions, navigating real constraints, and sitting in the seat where the buck actually stops.

My background spans technology leadership, HR and people operations, information security, and governance. I've spent my career working across the intersection of business strategy and operational execution, helping organizations figure out not just what to do, but how to build the capability to do it well.
